Instructions: Made with Syntrax Whey Shake protein powder in Strawberry Shake flavor:
- Blend 1 ¼ cup of warm water + 1 ½ cups of powdered milk + 2 Tablespoons of your preferred sweetener.
- Let it sit for a few hours. It should be very consistent.
- In a small pan add the mixture + 2 scoops of Syntrax Whey Shake (Strawberry Shake) protein powder + 1 Tablespoon of Butter. Stir until mixture comes out of the pan just like a traditional Brigadeiro. Scoop the mixture into small balls then roll the balls in the Syntrax Whey Shake protein powder.
